Rates at this historic hotel generally begin at nightly ~$875++ in June.
Our block is confirmed for several room types, ranging from $295 ++ - $485 ++ depending on room type.

RACE requirements require your license information. Those who are licensed in more than one state, only need use one license number. If you do not have a license (e.g. International attendees, students, etc.), please enter N/A in each category.

ACVO Cancellation Policy
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.
Full refund minus 10% administrative fee prior to February 14, 2025.
50% refunds February 14 – March 1, 2025
Since attendance is extremely limited our refund policy must be firm. No refunds available on or after March 2, 2025 . No refunds for no shows, however, medical cancellations need to be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
