We are excited for you to participate as a podium presenter and/or poster presentation.

ACVO Conference 2025

The Abstract Submission form will be open from March 1st - May 1st, 2025. Please submit using the Catalyst interactive form and attach your abstract during the open period. You may submit this form before registering for the ACVO conference; however, if your abstract is approved, you are required to register as an in-person attendee before conference registration closes on September 12, 2025 in order to qualify to present. Virtual attendance and presentations will not be available for this conference.

Login or Create an account with Catalyst. This will be an active portal throughout the submission and reviewing process.
The presenting author will need to submit a Curriculum vitae (2-4 pages).
Once the abstract is reviewed you may receive communication requesting clarification and/or requested edits.
Communication will go to the presenting author’s email.
The ACVO office will notify all applicants by late July if the abstract(s) have been accepted by the Planning Committee.

If the abstract is accepted as a podium or poster presentation, the author will need to be available to present in-person for the duration of the conference. You may be scheduled to present as early as 8am on Thursday, and as late as 5pm on Saturday. All presenting authors agree to present in-person at the 2024 conference.
