The annual Academy of Veterinary Ophthalmic Technicians (AVOT) conference offers multiple levels of CE for attendees from a vet assistant to VTS level.  Most of the speakers are presenting at a general practitioner CE level and sometimes at a veterinary student level.

Please Choose The Correct Registration Category

• AVOT VTS' are only those who have gone through the credentialing process and passed the VTS exam.

• If you fail to choose the correct registration fee, you will be subject to additional registration fees and additional processing fees.

ACVO & AVOT Cancellation Policy

REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.

• Full refund minus 10% administrative fee prior to July 15th.

• 50% refunds July 16th – August 30th.

• No refunds available on or after August 31st. No refunds for no shows, however, medical cancellations need to be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
